These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the MarElla Ocean Jewelry website, as well as the purchase of products offered through our online store hosted on the Shopify platform. By using this site, the customer fully accepts these conditions.

• Once payment is confirmed, the customer will receive an email with the order details.

• MarElla Ocean Jewelry reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of inventory errors, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and the corresponding refund will be issued.

All payment information is processed securely by Shopify. MarElla Ocean Jewelry does not store banking data.

• Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, MarElla Ocean Jewelry is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier company.

• The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address.

 

6. Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns

• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of verifiable manufacturing defects. • We are not liable for damage caused by the carrier.

 

7. Right of Withdrawal

• The customer has 24 hours to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided the product has not been used, handled, or opened, and is not an item of jewelry excluded for hygiene reasons.

• Due to the nature of our products, the right of withdrawal does not apply except in cases of manufacturing defects.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Personal information is collected solely to process orders, improve the customer experience, and send authorized communications.

• Shopify manages data under strict security standards.

• MarElla Ocean Jewelry does not share or sell personal information to third parties, except as necessary to process payments and shipments.
